To ensure that everyone has fun this March Break, please note guests must register for preferred pool time slots daily. In-house guests can make their way to the pool registration desk, located on the 2nd floor outside of the Family Fun Zone/red elevators. Each guest room may register for 2 time slots per day, maximum of 4 guests (50 minutes each & not consecutive). Registration opens at 6 am.
We are following the City of Toronto's guideline as a hotel with waterslide, not as a water park attraction. This include allowing maximum of 52 people in the pool at once.
Life jackets are not provided by the hotel.
To use the pool Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
To use the waterslide, guests must be over 3’8” in height. Guests between 3’8” and 5’0” in height must complete a swim test (without the use of flotation devices) to enjoy the waterslide.
The hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles.
