CHELSEA HOTEL SERVICES

We allow small to medium sized dogs to stay with you during your stay.

Small to medium size dogs, less than 50 lbs.

A pet charge of $50 per stay/room to cover additional cleaning costs. (If a stay exceeds 5 nights, an additional $50 charge will be applied every 5 nights for the duration of the guest’s stay).

Maximum of two pets per room.

Please keep pets on a leash at all times in the public areas, inside the hotel as well as around the exterior of our property.

There are certain areas of the hotel where pets cannot be admitted. These include all restaurants, the pool and health club, meeting rooms and the E|Club Lounge.

All guests must leave a contact number where you can be reached should an incident arise. We prefer that pets are not left unattended in the guestroom.

Should a pet have any accidents on the premises, please clean up after him or her promptly or ask for assistance to do so.

Please arrange a convenient time with the front desk when you will be out of the room with your pet, so that our housekeeping team can service your room.

Any damages to the room caused by your pet will be charged to the your credit card.

Should your pet create a disturbance affecting the comfort of other guests, you will be expected to compensate the hotel for this loss of revenue.

To comply with the City of Toronto’s smoking by-law, the Chelsea Hotel, Toronto provides a smoke-free environment in all guestrooms (including balconies) and public spaces. A $250 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in your room.
