  • The hotel's underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas, and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles.
  • To ensure that everyone has fun this March Break, please note that guests must register for preferred pool time slots daily. In-house guests can make their way to the pool registration desk, located on the 2nd floor outside of the Family Fun Zone/red elevators. Each guest room may register for 2 time slots per day, a maximum of 4 guests (50 minutes each & not consecutive). Registration opens at 6 am.
  • We are following the City of Toronto's guidelines as a hotel with a waterslide, not as a water park attraction. This includes allowing a maximum of 52 people in the pool at once.
  • Life jackets are not provided by the hotel.
  • To use the pool Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • To use the waterslide, guests must be over 3’8” in height. Guests between 3’8” and 5’0” in height must complete a swim test (without the use of flotation devices) to enjoy the waterslide.
