ABOUT YOUR STAY AT CHELSEA HOTEL TORONTO

We allow small to medium sized dogs less than 50 lbs in room with you during your stay.

There is a pet charge of $50 per room to cover additional cleaning costs for stays of up to five nights. An additional $50 charge will be applied for each subsequent 5 nights for the duration of the guest’s stay.

Maximum two pets per room.

Please keep pets on a leash at all times in the public areas inside the hotel as well as around the exterior of our property.

There are certain areas of the hotel where pets cannot be admitted. These include all restaurants, pools, recreation areas and meeting rooms.

All guests must leave a contact number where you can be reached. We prefer pets are not left unattended in guestrooms.

Should a pet have any accidents on the premises, please clean up after him or her promptly or ask for assistance to do so.

Please arrange a convenient time with the front desk when you will be out of the room with your pet, so that our housekeeping team can service your room.

Any damages to the room caused by your pet will be charged to the your credit card.

Should your pet create a disturbance affecting the comfort of other guests, you will be expected to compensate the hotel for this loss of revenue.

The concierge desk is available from 7 AM – 10:30 PM or at ext. 4359. They are able to answer your questions about services within Chelsea Hotel, Toronto as well as things to see and do in the area. They can supply directions, navigation and city information. Printing is available for a fee. The concierge is your ticket to the discounts available through our Show Your Key and Save program.

The gift shop has you covered whether you forgot to pack necessities, need a quick snack, or want to browse souvenirs. Located in the lobby level next to the Yonge Street entrance, the shop is open from 8 AM – 9 PM daily.
