Guests must present one of the following valid government-issued photo IDs:

- Driver’s License / Photo Card
- Permanent Resident Card
- Copies or photos are not accepted.
If paying by credit card, a pre-authorization will be taken for the full amount of your stay plus a $150 CAD security and incidentals deposit.
If paying by cash or debit, full payment for your stay plus a $250 CAD security and incidentals deposit is required at check-in
Pre-authorizations may take up to 15 days to release after departure. Deposits are applied to repair costs if damage occurs.
